Inching to a new 52-week high today and making its 3rd consecutive mid-day report appearance. No overhead supply remains to act as resistance. Reported earnings +71% on +22% sales for the quarter ended October 31, 2011 versus the year ago period. Found support near its 50 and 200 DMA lines when consolidating since noted in the 11/11/11 mid-day report - "The 2 latest quarterly comparisons (Apr and Jul '11) showed better sales revenues and earnings increases but prior quarters and its annual earnings (A criteria) history fall short of the fact-based investment system's guidelines. Low-priced stocks are considered riskier candidates and typically should be avoided unless all key criteria are solidly satisfied."

Showed improved sales revenues and earnings increases in the 2 latest quarterly comparisons (Jun and Sep '11) but its prior quarterly comparisons and annual earnings (C and A criteria) are not a match with the fact-based investment system's guidelines. It survived but failed to impress since last noted in the 5/01/2009 mid-day report - "Its up and down annual earnings history (the A criteria) is a concern."

The 12/28/11 mid-day report noted - "Sales revenues and earnings increases improved in the 2 latest quarters (Aug and Nov '11), but prior quarterly earnings comparisons and annual earnings (C & A criteria) history has been below the fact-based investment system's guidelines. Touched its prior low ($15.90 on 11/28/11) today while still sputtering below its 50 DMA line. It tallied a couple of volume-driven gains then abruptly reversed shortly after noted in the 10/25/11 mid-day report - "Fundamentals are still sub par today. Quarterly sales revenues increases in the +1-6% range for the past 8 comparisons versus the year ago period are an indication there has not been great growth in demand for its products."

Technically it broke out on 11/30/11 with a volume-driven gain and it has been wedging to new 52-week and all-time highs in recent weeks with small gains lacking great volume conviction. It completed Public Offerings on 3/22/11 and 10/19/11. Quarterly comparisons have shown strong sales revenues and earnings increases satisfying the C criteria. A downturn in FY '09 earnings is a flaw concerning the A criteria.
